How to spend money in your club/team account

1. Vote on and approve any expenditures as a group.

2. Record the vote approving the expenditure on a Meeting Minutes form.

3. Submit a Purchase Order Request form to the ASB Finance Office.

4. The ASB Student Council will review the request. If the request is approved, a hard copy of the Purchase Order will be placed in the club advisor’s mailbox.

5. AFTER you know the Purchase Order Request was approved, you can make the purchase or place the order.

6. Submit any receipts or invoices to the ASB Finance Office so the ASB Bookkeeper can make payment.
