how to make money for your club/team
1. Plan a fundraising event.
2. Vote on and approve the event and record the vote on a Meeting Minutes form.
3. Complete an Event Form and turn it into the ASB room at least two weeks before the event.
4. If you need a cash box, contact Ms. Main in the ASB Finance Office (
.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) at least two days before the event. Indicate what you are selling, when you are selling, price of the items or tickets, and when you want to pick up the box.
5. Follow the directions on the cash box lid.
6. Return the cash box, money, and forms to the ASB Finance Office.
• Please note: the ASB Finance Office will assess a 2% processing fee on all fundraising events to help cover the costs of operations.
