Event Form
Events are due to the ASB room every Monday to
be approved every Wednesday. This form is
required for all club events to happen on or off
campus!
Purchase Order
Due every Monday to the finance office in order to
be approved by Wednesday.
Meeting Minutes
These are ONLY required when your club is also
submitting an event form and/or a purchase order!
Sports Club Packet
Clubs for sports teams run through the athletics
department can form all year!
Club Constitutions
Turn in your Club Constitutions by the next Club
Representatives' Meeting!
